Team Work Makes the Dream Work

We're a dream team made up of four paid staff who are a mix of full time and part-time (Sammy, Sam, Charlotte and Becky) and an army of awesome volunteers. Seriously kind, generous and fun people who love bringing joy, building community and serving great coffee in Churchill Gardens, Boscombe. 

One of our volunteers summed it up perfectly by saying "we get to serve families out there but we're family behind the counter".

We know that 'team work makes the dream work' and the culture of community starts with us. We support each other, laugh and cry together, and keep ourselves topped up with quality eats so that we can do the same of our community!
